
Hyderabad: A 5.25-acre plot in Raidurg was sold for Rs 264 crore per acre on Friday, setting a new record for land prices in the city and generating Rs 1,386 crore for the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC).The e-auction of Plot No. P1 in Survey No. 83/1 at Raidurg Panmaktha secured a 50.9% premium over the reserve price of Rs 175 crore per acre. The winning price surpassed TGIIC’s previous record of Rs 237 crore per acre, achieved in May 2026 for a 6.29-acre parcel in the same corridor.TGIIC conducted the online auction with a deposit requirement of Rs 10 crore for bidders.
