Founded in July 2014, Milky Mist Dairy Food is a rapidly growing Indian packaged food company offering a wide range of premium and value-added dairy products. Its product portfolio includes cheese, paneer, butter, curd, ghee, yogurt, ice cream, UHT products, frozen foods, ready-to-eat (RTE) and ready-to-cook (RTC) foods, as well as chocolates.
The company markets its products under the flagship Milky Mist brand and sub-brands such as SmartChef, Capella, Misty Lite, Briyas and Asal. It operates an integrated farm-to-consumer model, procuring milk directly from farmers and processing it at automated manufacturing facilities. Milky Mist also has an in-house cold-chain logistics network and a multi-channel distribution system, allowing it to reach consumers across India.
Milky Mist Dairy Food reported a significant improvement in its financial performance in FY26, with total income rising 34% year-on-year to Rs 3,145.01 crore, compared with Rs 2,354.79 crore in FY25.
The company also recorded a sharp increase in profitability, with profit after tax (PAT) surging 176% year-on-year to Rs 127.01 crore in FY26, from Rs 46.07 crore in the previous financial year.
Shiprocket is a technology-driven e-commerce enablement platform that helps businesses manage online and offline commerce through an integrated suite of solutions. Its offerings cover shipping, checkout, payments, fulfilment, cross-border commerce and customer experience, enabling merchants to manage multiple aspects of their operations through a single platform.
The company initially focused on shipping and logistics, helping businesses streamline operations through automated pickups, shipment tracking, secure deliveries, weight verification and faster cash-on-delivery settlements. Over time, Shiprocket has expanded its presence to build a broader commerce ecosystem for merchants.
Its portfolio now includes fulfilment centres, cargo and heavy logistics, omnichannel commerce through Shiprocket Omuni, international shipping with customs support, advertising and marketing services, checkout and payment solutions, business financing and hyperlocal delivery, among other merchant-focused offerings.
Shiprocket plans to use the net proceeds to strengthen its technology platform, expand operations and accelerate growth initiatives. The company has allocated Rs 294 crore towards marketing and brand-building activities, while Rs 211 crore will be invested in upgrading technology infrastructure and capabilities across its core and emerging business segments.
About Rs 210 crore will be used to repay or prepay certain borrowings, including accrued interest. The remaining proceeds will be earmarked for potential inorganic growth opportunities, including acquisitions yet to be identified, as well as general corporate purposes.
